Its all a con, they make us fat then tell us we are bad for being fat, and make us feel guilty. It is a government ploy to subdue the people and improve the anti deppressant market of which the government has hugh shares.

Just realizing that these companies are out to make money. They don't care if we're overweight. What George Carlin said was true: a Big Mac costs a lot more than $3.00 if you factor in a triple bypass.

I think, in this day in age, you have to become well aware of what kind of crap they put in food and yeah, it's sometimes labelled differently, like sugar - high fructose syrup.

Why do you think that diet pills/workouts/programs are so sucessful? Because they feed off of the insecurities of people when 90% of the time, they don't work and people think these products are supposed to preform miracles while they are taking these pills filled with crap and sitting on the couch eating potato chips.

To lead a healthy lifestyle, avoid pre-packaged crap. Exercise and eat well. Add lots of veggies and fruits and drink a lot of water. It helps to also have a digitalized calorie counter so you can know how many calories you're burning. If you eat less calories than what you're burning off, you're sure to lose weight but within moderation. Your body needs a lot more than 300 calories a day and if you don't get them, it'll think you're starving it.

Those drinks are the biggest hoax since snake oil.
Water is the best thing to drink when working out. Tap water from most places is even just as good as bottled.
Eating sensibly is the best advice I can give you. I try not to over indulge and try to make good choices. A lot of so called healthy things are really pretty shaky. One Oatmeal to Go tablet has more trans fats than a bag of Doritos nacho cheese.

First, cut your portion size down to normal portions...don't super size everything.

Second, cut down on the sugar. The more you can cut out the better off you will be.

Third, instead of having burgers from Wendy's or Mc Donalds have their salads instead and skip the desert!

Try cooking at home!

Try and exercize 30 - 60 minutes 3 times a week.

There's no conspiracy to it. Restaurants just serve, and stores sell, what people want to eat.

As for how you're supposed to lead a healthy lifestyle? It's called "self control". They can put chocolate frosted sugar bombs in front of you, but they can't make you eat... only YOU can do that.

Oh, and a bit of exercise doesn't hurt either. That would require taking responsibility for yourself, though. Imagine that.

By NOT allowing yourself to be led by advertising and pier pressure, you can eat and drink in a very healthy way. Self control and self esteem is the problem here and the world is full of sheep like this. It's why these companies get away with it, people (by and large) like to be led and you my friend are a prime example........no offence intended!

properly i imagine it truly is totally about strength of will: Breakfast: vital toast and a 70-calorie yogurt Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (no longer fried) Snack in case you get hungry: gum or ninety-calorie eating routine bar Dinner: gentle soup (no longer a creamy soup, it has too a lot fat) or perhaps a cup of particular ok or cheerios another techniques: do not EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, it truly is been shown IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT helps plenty, attempt to DINNER before 7, I SWEAR it truly is stunning i like to recommend you espresso contained in the morning, it supplies various means! (with out sugar, or perhaps splenda) yet another ingredient is to drink eco-friendly tea two times an afternoon, it burns fat and it truly is sturdy on your health and clearly, do a minimum of 50 abs in line with day sturdy success

Do more exercise; eat less. Eat fruit if you want something sweet and try to cut out snacks between meals. Make your helpings a little bit smaller. Try to avoid obviously fattening things like crisps, chocolate, fried food, junk food, biscuits, sweets, chips, cheese and instead eat less fattening things like white meat (with no fat) and lots of vegetables. I take none of this advice myself - which explains why I am overweight

No one is holding a gun to your head and making you eat or drink the food. It's up to you to make "healthy choices."

Just as I chose not to smoke or drink in my life I have to take a stand not to eat unhealthy foods but...
1. it tastes good
2. it is fast and easy, convenient and I don't have to cook
we live a busy, fast paced hectic life style, it;s easier to stop at a fast food place and eat while I am driving my car going to my next appointment or little league game than it is going home,
cooking something, sitting down to eat and cleaning up the dishes.

The fast food industry is not "conspiring" There are millions of people out there more than happy to to consume their food based on poor choices and their own free will.

I totally agree, however, the healthy lifestyle concept is currently one of the biggest trends in American society. Unfortunately, most people embrace it for a very short time before giving up.
