(Short Answer)
Buddhist do not think sex is immoral, nor in the same vein, do we think homosexual behavior is immoral or wrong either. Monks are indeed given a celibacy vow, but that seems to be more on focusing one's attention on Enlightenment and not rooted in anything morality wise.
Also there is Tibetan Buddhism that is actually very sexual with tantric practices.
EDIT:
I should mention that it depends on how sex is used. Part of the precepts of Buddhism is not to take anything not freely given, and not to be deceptive in speech or actions.
So given that, obviously if you lie to get sex or force sex, clearly that is "immoral."
The act of sex itself is not "immoral" but your actions to get it can be "immoral."

Sex in the married relationship is smiled upon. Reincarnation depends upon this. The only taboo is premarital sex and the celibacy of monks and nuns.
If a person wants to heighten their spiritual awareness sometimes they abstain from having sex.
The Tibetan school of Buddhism is tantric so that gives you an idea of their tolerance of sex.
A few of these answers are from the Western Buddhist perspective. The one young lady is speaking from the Asian Buddhist perspective.

God commanded the first couple, Adam & Eve to become fruitful (that is to copulate) and fill the Earth [with their off-spring].
As God created life and all living creatures on Earth, He intended for them all to do the same according to their kind.

Can you people get your mind off of sex just for once in your life?
There is far more to life than always bringing up sex. Sex is not immoral, but sex out of marriage is. That is when it becomes fornication and a sin. It is the misuse of sex that turned it imoral and dirty. Sex between man and wife is the most beautiful thing two people can experience together. society today made it a dirty thing because they are acceptable to it being done ot of marriage. Society is wrong.

Of course not! All major religions respect romance, even Catholics in spite of what their priests tell them. There have been some Christian groups who didn't, like the Shakers, but as they're no longer among us...

No.
The concept of "sin" doesn't exist, "immoral" behavior would be forcing your will upon others.
