Get the teeth restored, get regular dental cleanings 2-3 times a year, brush twice daily and floss daily. A fluoride rinse, like ACT, should be used once or twice daily after brushing the teeth and no eating or drinking or smoking for a half hour afterwards.

Stop drinking soda pop of any kind, increase the water intake and ease up on sugary sweets would help as well.
