I am trying to figure out a method of approaching this lady but have complications i am a security guard she works for a law firm as a secertary. How do i approach somebody who is so nice and beautiful in the eyes, hips, but, breast and most of all character. I feel like hiding in a corner because even when i dont look at her figure just her eyes i almost get hard. I am not trying to be perverted but i am afraid of two things gossip and harrasment because she works in the same place but on a different level and different job meaning i work for the bank the bank rents out space to companies so we dont work for the same company but harrasment can be percieved as anything. Do i flurt with her and ask her questions to let her know i am interested and if the signs are good then go from there or do i let it go because my job is needed?

If she works for a law firm, she's probably a b*tch. I doubt she would go out with a security guard also. You can try, but I wouldn't give you much of a chance with her.

You start out with small talk but try to end it with a question like, "hi, how are you..isn't it beautiful outside?" This will make her stop and answer (unless she's rude, then she will only say 'fine thank you') and go thru the revolving doors.

Always talk loud enough for her to hear you but not too loud where its not sexy. Move your comments into compliments, say something like "those are really pretty shoes" (you obviously don't want to mention her great cleaveage as it could be construed as harassment). This will let her know you are looking and interested without being too forward.

Take her cues, read her body language, this sometimes speaks louder than words.

Asking someone that you work with for a date is not considered sexual harassment, but if you ask and she says no and you keep bugging her about it then it's considered harassment. Be a man and ask her out. The worst thing that could happen would be a "no" answer. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!

"A man has got to do what a man's got to do" as the say business before pleasure, if you feel it would disrupt you soucre of income then don't do it, on the other hand the say dance to the tune of your heart. Heed the words.

Stop oggling and talk to her. If you get a nice vibe, then (and only then) "flirt" with her. But for God's sake stop staring at her "jiggle", you're making a spectacle of yourself.

Talk to her, dude! You don't have to be sexually offensive or put your job at risk just to find out if she's interested.
