Two answers.Look at their spokes model and justducky has the right idea.You don't need to pay someone to lose weight.It's all marketing garbage to make money.Just eat right and exercise and you will definitely lose weight.

I've never tried jenny craig before but I can only imagine that it does work, especially on those who are at least 50lbs over weight. You must understand that losing 15lbs in 30 days is real extreme and not very healthy nor realistic. I'm not say it cant be done but you have to be totally commited to the point of crazy.
If your still intrested here is your plan
5 meals a day
(nothing other than water)
2 gallons of water a day for the first 20 days
1 gallon of water a day for the 21st to the 25th day
1/2 gallon of water a day for the 26th to the 28th day
1/4 gallon of water a day for the last 2 days
2 45min cardio sessions with you heart rate @ 110 no more no less each day. once in the morning & once in the evening(Stationary bike, Treadmill, Elliptical etc...)
Also you must also do some light weight lifting on Mon Wed Fri. perferably in the form of circuit training (meaning 1 exercise to another to another to another). Then on Tues Thurs & Sat you should either be in a Yoga or pilaties class. Approx for 1 Hr duration
Diet:
Meal 1, 3, 5
Handful of Steamed Rice (No salt or Sauce), Handful of Veggies (Steamed, Grilled, Baked)(Also No salt or Sauce), Handful Portion of Protein (Perferrably Chicken Breast Grilled or Baked)(No salt or Sauce)
Meal 2, 4
2 Bananas or 2 Small Peaches or 2 apples or some kind of Fruit equivillant to these portions. (Once again never any added Condiments)
Sleep atleast 8hrs a night
Never miss a meal
must eat something every 2.5 to 3hrs
Absolutely no eating after 7pm (assuming bedtime is at 10pm)
1 Cup of coffee is OK with or before meal 1 (1 spoonful of sugar, 1 inch of Milk)
Take a Multi Vitamin daily
Check with your Doctor if you feel Sick or Faint all the time.
If you feel to tired to workout Take an Energy Pill, but only as directed on the label.
Most importantly Stay busy to keep your mind off of eating, Prepare all the food for the day in the Morning so the you dont mess up due to not being ready throughout the day. and try to have fun and be happy you will reach your goal in 30 days. Dont stress this will make you not lose weight

You can pay if you want, but losing weight is as simple as counting calories. Since last October, I lost 30 pounds in the first two months and 15 more in the next two. I've been at my ideal weight for over 6 months now... all by just by watching my calorie intake. Why pay someone else to do that for you? Here's a tip... if you keep your calorie intake below 1600, you will lose weight. And, you don't have to starve either. always check with the doctor before dieting, jenny craig ,it work for some and not others the best thing to do is excise, drink plenty of water,vegetablesand fruit. (good Luck

It's an excellent resource, full of good tips, tools and advice and even shows demonstrations of proper exercise and strength training techniques.
I've lost 10 lbs so far, been on it for 2.5 weeks!
