iv had a aching back for bout 2months now and yesterday iv started having aching brusing pain in my ribs just under my armpits, off 2 docs on monday but anyone got any ideas waht it is or what to do?

Hi sometimes with a bck ache it can travel to your ribs ,what have you been doing lately any heavy lifting,sports ? Wait and see you gp he will fully examine you and give you the right treatment and medication.

I had a back ache 2 weeks ago too, and my friend brought me to an aromatherapy massage session and the pain went away and didn't came back since, maybe you can give it a try :)

Go to the chiropractror....I know this is going to sound funny.....but that happens to me in the winter time.....he has to put my rib heads back in place......either sneezing or coughing hard will cause it.....

I thought he was a freak the first time he told me what it was.....but it fixed the problem.....

Nobody would know what it is until they examine you, love. Don't let people on here freak you out with incorrect diagnoses. Wait and see what the doctors say.
