i have been trying to befriend this girl fom last november . i and she both are very intelligent . i also have a very clean image among the girls ( majority of boys are GREEN EYED towards me) she hold ranks always ahead to me . i like her very much . i tried making an eye contact with her . i even saw her smile once after i looked upoto her and from that time she smiles every time i look towards her. i feel that she also attracted towards me to some extent as last time she instead of giving a notebook of a green eye(green eye was absent that day & his friend is also green eyed) to his best friend she gave it to me to pass it on. i have even composed poetry for her but don't have the courage to say anything to her . i am in total fix about how to tell her how much i like her (i want to be in the relation for some serious stuff) . please advise how do i over come my fear and express my feelings to her?

Huh?

Quit blubbering and just tell her you love her.

Excuse me but you sound way too serious for a girl in school. I know you object but take my word for it, it is mostly infatuation. If you get a chance speak to her and use her name when you do. A simple hi (her name), a smile, not a grin, and keep moving.
Try and relax and take it slow. there is no need to rush. Just keep smiling at her (don't over do it..don't let her catch you gawking at her all the time) and one day when you see her alone seize the opportunity and go over and say hi to her. Tell her that she constantly gets your attention and you would like to know her better and become pals. Say this with a gentle confidence, look her in the eyes and don't stutter. Take your time and do not rush your words. In no way act like a love sick puppy. That will doom you That way she will not feel intimidated. At the very least she will be mildly impressed. Go from there. Maybe suggest you study together or something on that order. Do not try to go for much on that first encounter. You are merely introducing yourself...not trying to get a date. Hold off on any poems or I luv you stuff. Get to know her. Make her laugh. Don't be a smart a** and maybe things will work out.
Most importantly keep your focus on your school work and make it your business to always do your best. Right around the corner you will have to be self supporting and spending all your time wishing behind girls just "ain't" going to get it.

Girls like smart guys.

this makes me feel soooo old and am only in my late twenties!
i have a question for you; how come you want her for "some serious stuff"? in other words, long term relationship or marrige. you dont even know her! being young is all about irrationality. so, take your time. know her well. then think!. then make the move.

for the meanwhile, find a suitable situation to make your first move..which is simply by saying "Hi" at the vending machinces, lockers passing by...etc. saying "Hi" will create endless future opportunities. another way is to have someone introduce you to her (someone you know and trust and will not expose your intentions to her!). However, apiece of advice;

DON'T READ HER YOUR POETRY IN PRIVATE NOR PUBLIC.
NO ANONYMUS MESSEGES/EMAILS/LETTERS.
JBE CALM CONFIDENT AND COOL ABOUT IT.

good luck
