lack of nutrition can make your hair fall. try to eat foods reach in protein like eggs, milk & fish. iron supplements will be a big facotr. im using prenatal vitamins everyday & olive oil(vatika) before sleeping. it works for me. u can try it. prenatal vit. has biotin & hair needs that.
