Where do you look at her? Are you eyes aimed at her boobs or at her eyes? Why are you going out with her? Do you just wanna bang her one night and ditch her the next day? She doesnt trust you because you are a MAN. We're horny animals and women know it! It takes time for a girl to start trusting a guy, unless if she is desparate and/or stupid. If you want to start a relationship with this girl, trying giving it some time... maybe she'll start to warm up to you.

try to be a friend and earned her trust and if she does not trust you then move on. it will not be good if you keeping try on a same person over and over.

is there a reason why she cant trust you? know her reason then prove her she's wrong, not by words but by action.. and because she's your coworker, you have plenty of times together.. just be yourself, show her the real you,,, if you're being real and she cant still see it, then its her problem
