Mercedece Benz owned by sultanate of Saudi Arabia. It is studded with diamonds all over its outer surface.. costs a little over 10 Million US dollars!

The Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 costs 6 crores plus making it the costliest production car.
The Mercedes CLK-GTR has sold only a few units and was the costliest car till 2003- 8 crores
Custom limousines of Maybach, Rolls Royce and Bentley cost almost the same but these are not production cars in any way.
A new $2 million car is coming from a new, private manufacturer. Name not sure. Will be big news when launched by the end of this year.
