There are some herbal remedies that you can buy over the counter,but i don't know about illeagal ones, why not try asking your Dr for some if you are having problems sleeping

Benadryl. Use to use it when i worked graveyard shifts. Tylenol PM works the same way kinda.

legally there is simply sleep made by Tylenol i use that sometimes and it works good when i use it. it is made specifically to help you to go to sleep.
