I say yes. God has the power to do anything at all, right? So he could make a burrito so hot that he couldn't eat it. But then if he later decided that he wanted to eat it, well then he could make it so that he could eat it... but then if he changed his mind he could make it so that he could not eat it again.

No since that's a contradiction, and God cannot contradict Himself since He's truth itself.
He can neither create a stone so heavy He cannot lift it, it's also a contradiction.
He cannot make a square circle also a contradiction.
