yes, yoga is the best way to ease down tension and bring relief. especially pranayam

Yoga is a form of exercise which reduces or expells the negative energy from one's body and increases the amount of +ve energy. Pranayama is the method of controlling one's breath and regulating its flow. This breathing exercise helps in increasing lung power(for those with lungs problems and allergies) and also in releaving tension. Our breath is out life.....regulating it regulates our life too

yes not only tension even the disease and pains can be cured.i had a back pain problem but after doing yoga it has gone.you can try yoga from experienced yoga guru

yoga has shown tremendous benefits for physical fitness, stress release and in building concentration levels.....it's lovely if one can do it daily or at least 6 times in a week....

and well, when we don't Breath right, getting the Prana inside, our body doesn't function as it should, by practicing the Pranayama, we recharging our body, and soul with fresh air, fresh energy
and when are mind is getting its right amount of air, its more relaxed, lass panic getting from not having enough air

yes, but it should on;ly in pesenceof any experienced yoga teacher, either it may be harmful, do not try it from the books etc. but you can try it from video or tvs
