I have no idea where the posters above gathered their information but in multiple search engine attempts for RX 718, this is the closest I came to and NOW of the searches produced anything near what the above posters are providing. Just a guess but it is possible that the particular pill you have is a generic of the one listed at the page I'm providing thus the "RX" vs "NL" on the pill found here. The white oval description fits though.

May I suggest that you do some more research. I will add a link or you could call a hospital or pharmacist. If you go to this link you will find that the pill, Ogestrel, does not resemble in any way the pill the you described. If this is of immediate concern you could ask an emergency room or even the poison control center....experts are at the poison center, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 1-800-222-1222

DESCRIPTION
Ogestrel® 0.5/50-28 Tablets (norgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP, 0.5 mg/0.05 mg) provide an oral contraceptive regimen consisting of 21 white tablets followed by 7 peach inert tablets.
Each white tablet, for oral administration contains 0.5 mg of norgestrel and 0.05 mg ethinyl estradiol and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, lactose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and povidone.
Each inactive peach tablet, for oral administration, in the 28 day regimen contains the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous lactose, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake, and magnesium stearate.
Norgestrel is a totally synthetic progestogen, insoluble in water, freely soluble in chloroform, sparingly soluble in alcohol with the chemical name (±)-13-Ethyl-17-hydroxy-18, 19-dinor-17(alpha)-pregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one. Ethinyl estradiol is an estrogen, insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, in chloroform, in ether, in vegetable oils, and in solutions of fixed alkali hydroxides with the chemical name 19-nor-17(alpha)-pregna-1,3,5(10)-trien-20-yne-3, 17-diol.
