I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so down.. Speaking from experience, I would say the best thing to do is to go out and do something you enjoy - be it watching a movie, dancing, eating..whatever makes u happy and distracts you!! In the short term when you're depressed you should try and do something that distracts you, because as with all negative emotions, it will pass, and you just need to get through that little time period where it does suck!
In the long term you should most likely speak to your doctor, and possibly a psychologist, to help relieve the depression.
Just remember it will pass.. It feels awful now.. but it will pass!
Good luck *hugs* :)

Hello there well lets try and get you up up up,First thing you need to do is have a good chat with your Dr asap,in the mean time i hope you are not on your own stuck at home,if you are can you not phone a friend to talk to,i know that sometimes this is not an option as you just want to be on your own,but there is the old saying.... a problem shared is a problem halved,so please do try and talk to someone,i wish i had your phone number then i could have a chat with you,but as i haven't how about the Samaritans, they are a friendly bunch of people and its all very confidential,if you no why you are feeling this way and it's something you are finding hard to cope with, you really should talk to someone, i wish you all the best and hope you are feeling much better soon
