Well, if you've actually just had this accident and off your arm has been cut off and instead of taking intelligent some action, you've decided to write (one-handed) a question on Yahoo Answers, I think any answer you will get would be too late.
However, if you're just asking for advice in a "what if..." scenario, I don't think you should just wait for God to heal it. I suggest that you have someone call the emergency number in your area (911 for Americans) and seek immediate medical attention.

My husbands brother is a fire-fighter, medic, and now works with troubled youth. He is a Christian and has been in many situations, even the one you state. The area he had lived in was farm country. Tractor accidents are horrible. He has seen men praying to God and trying to help themselves at the same time. He himself because He is a Christian prayed for every call they where on.... Prayers are sought with the action, normally: God, help me.Dear God, give me the strength. God, save me...such as that. Also they can come from both: those that need help and those that give help. Anyone else should go to the hospital .You should just wait for God to heal it. And don't put any bandages or stuff on it. They'd just be in God's way.

It's better to wait for GOD to heal your wounds! Unless you bleed to death first! Do not in any circumstances, to even attempt to go to the hospital. This is for your own good.

In your case I would recommend that you wait on God, however I must warn you that the Old Dude is pretty backed up with chopped off arms this week!

Remember, with God, all things are possible. If God decides you should have your arm, another one will appear the moment the original is cut off. Also, it will be made of money.

Going to the hospital is your work, God lessening the pain is his work...God cannot do everything for us so we have to leave it to those who can help, he watches over us to make sure don't lose our life...he takes those who are ready to leave the earth so they can be next to him and watch his power greatly...

Go to the hospital. And while your there ask if they can give you a brain scan, this is just to find out that you actually have a brain!
