Remember that you have control over your life and that there are always solutions to your problems, its just sometimes the solutions are more trouble than the problems, Depression is about lack of hope and the belief that nothing will ever change, but the fact of the matter is that things change all the time.
Do one little thing to make yourself feel better.

Hey,things are going out of whose control ?If you know this then take charge.take reins in your own hands.Dont depend on others to help you out of any given situation. They will miss your perspective. Its YOU what matters. In building or breaking....You can deligate responsibility to unburden abit but you can not shirk it.de-press your self. When in doubt try to see the problem from a third man"s angle who is unaffected by the problem...but its a role you your self should be playing...to get to the root cause.... you are your best friend and enemy... no one understand you as you....answer your self truthfully.....think and act analyse the results reformulate ....good luck...

give yourself a good cry if you have to...research says it also removes toxins from your body..then PRAY..i'm not sure if you're catholic but this prayer: "Mother Mary, embrace me with your love" soothes me.i say that over and over and suddenly..i'd stop crying and feel better...then i face the problem. if you're so upset or angry with someone, try writing him/her a letter and cry your heart out..keep it,then read it again the next day, then the next, you'll realize that the words you've written at the height of your anger won't be the same anymore. i always have 4 words in my mind whenever i'm down, CRY-PRAY-MOVE ON. therapy tips: rearrange your house, drink lots of water, walk in the morning, and always remember..you are beautiful!

do things that relax you and that you enjoy, take yourself away from the problems for a bit and then when calm you'll be able to deal with them better.
