You have got a serious feline psycho-urinary problem here.
1) toss comforter and pillow. You can't smell it but cat can. It's soaked now with cat sent. Start fresh.
2) Cat is now barred from bed room.
3) Cat must go to vet- Check if she has UTI and if not spayed- get her spayed ASAP. Ask vet about problem.
4) read this http://searchwarp.com/swa29400.htm
5) for any more mistakes, get an enzyme cleaner especially made for cat mess clean up. You get them at pet supply places. I like one called Natures Miracle
6) be very kind to cat. Some is wrong is her little cat psyche and she is trying to communicate it to you. Is your town big enough to have feline behaviorists?

I read several articles about cats urinating on beds, and most of them say that it may have a urine infection, which it needs to be treated by a vet.
If it's not that, other ideas and answers were basically pointing to a behavioral problem of some type: jealousy of someone, or loneliness. Is there a possibility of anyone else in the house being mean to the kitten?
I would have the vet check her out. If it gets worse, make her wear diapers or pee in her bed and maybe she will get the hint! (joking)
One good suggestion is to keep the bedroom door closed unless she throws a fit when you do that.

Well, at seven months, there is a couple possibilities. Now, is she spayed?? If not, get her spayed but have vet check for urinary infection first because they get that awful infection from the heat cycle. Some cats go into heat one week, out the next, and in heat the next week! My cat was like that and she did get a urinary infection from it. So check that possibility. When they have that awful infection, they cannot hold their blkadder like a person can, they just urinate. You need to keep this cat out of your room now. Because this habbit normally cannot be broken, even though she would be OK for 6 months, she will do it again. It is a possibility that she is in your bed so much so that is where she goes accidently. I wouldn't take any chances, trust me, I been there and My cat is 16 years okd and i have to keep her out of the bedroom! Once they start that, they won't stop. But have her checked out and spayed. Wash your comforter in vinegar and your detergent and then rewash in detergent to rid the vinegar smell, then no reminets of cat urine. But keep her off your bed, and out of your room, and use unscented cat litter and keep the box cleaned, actually keep 2 boxes, they like to pee in one and poop in the other. You will have better success with doing this. Good Luck to you. Darn, I know what you are going through, i threw 5 mattresses out in the garbage, thousands of dollars. Now one more thing, there is a matress pad that you can purchase at matress world for 70.oo for twin and ten dollars more for each size bigger, no water, smells, nothing gets through this, not even dust mites and it is so thin that you can't even tell it is there, and no, you don't sweat because of it. It is worth it in case it happens again.

Hey its not a big problem actually. Just fill a cardboard box or something with dry sand, show it to ur kitten, then place it near where it sleeps or somewhere it usually hangs out. Your kitten will start to urinate there from then on. It always worked for my kittens but u said ur kitten was 6 months old, so I am not too sure how a 6 month old kitten will respond. But its worth a try! Also search the net for getting it potty trained. Good luck!

The comforter is the cats and she sees it like that.. You took that away so now its the pillow.. Don't get mad.. its because your smell is on both..
Put something of yours with your smell on it in the cat bed..
Also check in case its a urine infection.

She needs training. Put a kitty litter down and put her in is when she is going. Put her in it and scratch her front paws in the litter, like she would dig a hole, for herself. The smell is also what makes her do it again. Since the smell of urine is on the bed, she will keep doing it on there. Buy new, cheap bedding and when she is trained replace with good bedding. Good luck.

I don't think she is mad at you. It just might be that your cat needs to be potty trained. Do you scold her when she does that? You should and when she goes to the bathroom in the right place praise her by giving her a treat. This may help and possibly solve your problem.

I sympathise and one thing that has worked for me is to sprinkle pepper or powdered chili in the affected areas.
The other thing that could do the trick is to place his litterbox right next to the comforter for a few days.
Good luck

Sounds like she has some sort of litter box trauma. Do you have a boyfriend that stays over with you? Make sure her box is in a quiet and safe area and that your boyfriend sleeps on the couch.

I agree with wuts_not_2_luv, scold your cat, but not to harshly and encourage her to go to the liter box. If she feels to uncomfortable on the liter, mix in day old torn newspaper shreds.
cats love the feel of paper and cardboard. tear the newspaper up as small as you can and let her get used to the liter box in her own way. also start closing your bedroom door temporarily until she begins to used her liter box in a daily basis. good luck.
