I can't find a substantial obituary, but here's the death notice that appeared in the Beloit Daily News on Thursday, September 12, 1996.
"Raddatz
Erwin W. Raddatz, 86, of 333 Caldwell St., Beloit, died Tuesday in Beloit Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Beloit. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday in the Daley, Murphy, Wisch and Associates Funeral Home, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit."
