Well, look at his eyes. His eyes will spot out the truth whether he really is in love with your or not. If he has the intention of other nasty stuff like, lust, money, etc ... then forget him. First try to make sure he is a good character and good hearted guy, not just pretending to be good, you know. Once you spot the difference, then when you know he really good guy, and if he still doesnt like you, love you, then forget him. One more idea, ask his email id, then you send him an email from other id which he shouldnt be able to identify that its yours. So, check the reply and then if he says no in it, then you forget your love, and if he says yes in that, you start proposing him. Thats it, whatever it is, all the best for your love. I will support your love as long as its true.

Actually, I think no girls can know how much a man love her. Just follow your heart, hon. Because if you love somebody you can do anything for him even though he doesn't love you at all.
But this is my advice. If that man doesn't care about you, you should leave him no matter how much you love him.
I know it's hard and hurt too, but time can mend any wound.
