Take your cue from the woman. If it looks like she wants some foreplay, then give it to her. But if she looks like she's ready to go, then you're not obligated to go through the motions unless you want to.
Foreplay works to your advantage because if she's "primed" then there's a greater chance you'll both be satisfied at the same time instead of her asking for more when you want to go to sleep already...hahahah

Of course it is. It is a well known fact that it takes a woman longer to get turned on than a man and she needs more stimulation. Of course as a woman get older that increases.
