thats not ghetto, thats just stupid.
ghetto is when you go to the dollar store to buy dispoable plates/cups/silverware, and instead of throwing them away when you're done, re-use it like youre stupid.

among the many actions that can be described that way, that's ghetto, indeed. Ghetto-like people do not even mind the basics of civilized culture. In my opinion, catching attention in such a way demonstrates they still are ape-minded people.

I dont think it's ghetto and im sure they dont think that! Maybe bumping their music that long is the only thing keepin them up and driving at 3 o'clock in the mornin! Who knows it is very disrespectful though!

Absolutely. Sometimes you can even feel the entire wall of your house vibrating from the sound. It's disgusting. They should implement laws against it. It's just really rude.

Where I live that's called VIOLATION OF NOISE ORDINANCE and cost $130. I know because my boss got the ticket the other day and he's like 45. haha
