my friend is litterly talking to herself and couniting how many boys that she likes. I cant get her attenition what should i do?

1. What manhood? Isn't Irene a girls name or... no offense if u are a guy!
2. She is obvliously obsesed...tell her to go see a shrink.
3. Tell her to see an endroclinologist or something like that... don't know how you spell it in english.. he can fix her hormones.
4. Wait for her to grow out of it... it should pass with age.
5. She might be stupid !?!
6. She does it to piss you off... in that case ignore here and make her understand that her behavior does not bother you or that it will not be accepted.
I'm going to think of other methods but if you could explain to us in detail one of these incidents we will better be able to help you.
