Am trying to diet, but finding it hard as this don't tend to satify and I feel hungry in between meals...

Water, water, water... first of all.

Then, eat between meal snacks - it will keep your blood sugar on an even keel (so you don't get that crash feeling that makes us want to splurge as we get closer to the traditional meal time). Eat a healthy snack though - like a peice of fruit (and water), lean meat with low fat cheese, fat free yogurt and a glass of fat free milk, etc.

a lot of any food will curb your appetite but if you want to lose weight try none at all or at least a lot less when is the last time you saw an ethieopian with a thyroid problem

Drink alot of water, eat a huge healthy breakfast(perhaps a milkshake i make mine with nonfat milk, Strawberries banana, blueberries, oatmeal, and or granola, it relatively is actual sturdy cuz it fill you up contained in the morning it has sturdy stuff in it) after that small parts each and every 2 hours till 6 or 7 pm on the latest, and dont overlook to drink an outstanding variety of water, and dont deprive your self of something, merely in the adventure that your gonna eat something that no longer sturdy for you like pizza or chocolate, or a hamburger, eat in basic terms 0.5 of what you will routinely eat, ya kno? and that would desire to assist!, drugs like that dont artwork~

sweaty there is no food that curbs your appetite, it is all power of the mind, you have to make up you mind what you want to look like,fruits, and vegetables will keep you busy, as all day nibble snacks,they will also keep you fiber active,going on, and on to the pot, that's, what veggies do, they make you go. Lets face it you can chew gum, drink shakes ,eat veggies, take pills, there is nothing greater than power of the mind. Annalise it yourself, and go figure.l

well actually,,,, ifyou consume male semen in its fresh and raw form you might be abel to curb your craving for you food... however there is a slight risk of you getting a case of sevre stomach cramps once you have swollwed the semen.. by the way i'm a doctor in phisical sciences with a Phd (pretty hughe dick)....

Drinking lots of water is good. Another good snack is mixed nuts and seeds like sunflower seeds, pepitas, pinenuts...etc.
