Well, for a cup of Tea to taste very good depends on your personal hygiene and cleanliness, so make sure you wear your apron, gloves, chef hats and then enter your kitchen. Take a cup, then boil up the drinking water for 10 minutes, then have your yellow label lipton tea bag handy. Then once the water is boiled for 10 minutes, keep the water aside. Then, take the nestle tea pot creamer and pour it into the cup until about three tablespoons size. Then add hot water, soak the teabag and add up sugar. In countries where the nestle tea pot creamer aint available, boil the milk, then pour the hot milk into the cup about 1/3 and top up the rest with hot water. If fully made in milk, it wont be nice. In some countries though boiling of milk wont be required because of pasteurization, homogenization and ultra heat treatment have been done from their companies, so just heat in this case, or use milk powder with hot water. Milk powder if so, can use one tablespoon. Coz, normally for a glass consisting of 250ml, the milk powder usage is 3 tablespoons. So have to look case by case regarding this issue. So, then once after dipping it frequently, you can see when the teabag no more need to be used. Then, dispose off the teabag and ready it to serve. I bet this would be the best tea which even 5 star hotels wont assure of. India's tea is best in this world. Being an Indian, am answering the tea making techniques/recipes in an localized and international audience point of view. Hope this helps for people from all over the world.

If you use tea bags, then keep a mug ready and put one tea bag... or if you want too strong,, put 2 tea bags.. pour boiling hot water. let the bag remain for five minutes.. afterwards squeeze the bag and throw it out. Add milk and sugar to taste. If you use powdered tea, brew them well. You have to use the right quantity to get the proper flavour..... It should not look too white with a lot of milk ..that will be very bland... Also proper sugar. You may add cardamom which will give it taste.

Whenever I make a cup of tea, I first get my mug, then I open up the package the tea comes in (Liptons), then I put it up to my nose and inhale before I put it into my mug. Then, I grab the powdered cream and dump in 2 spoonfuls and add a spoonful of sugar. After I'm done with the dry ingredients, I fill the mug up with boiling water and stir.

Add cardamom or crushed fresh ginger or tea masala(store bought) to the tea leaves and water when you use loose tea leaves. Add the same to the water when you're using teabags, just remember to throw the cardamom and ginger away before you drink the tea.
Enjoy.
