daddysboicub duuuuuuuh! but why? I obviously said you didn't pee red, it's a fact, I know, but why?

and what if cranberry isn't good enough, it's just a supposition.. that's not what I'm asking..

Yellow pee is an indicator of dehydration to varying degrees. If you are drinking plenty of fluids your urine will be light yellow to clear. I think the coloring in fluids is mostly a solid and is passed through the other way. Not enough to change the color of your stool or pee though.

Yes. If you eat spinach, do you pee green? Although drinking large quantities of vitamin C will turn urine brighter orange, and the medicine doctors give for bladder infection turns it REALLY orange! Are you drinking all that cranberry juice for a bladder infection?

it can help but you may want to see a dr as there are other things you may be suffering from and you may need antibiotics. Cranberry juice won't hurt though so I say start drinking it to help the situation.

DUUUUUUUH!!!!! ever drink koolaid for 2 days straight? if that was the case, then for all of the people that only drink coffee or tea, would pee brown.....

You have to drink plenty of water also cranberry juice is not enough you need water

The yellow color in urine comes from the amount of unused water soluable vitamins left over. After taking a large amount of water soluable vitamins (vitamins c, e and others) it merely passes the excess in the urine, which turns it the color yellow.

because your bodie breaks the coloring down...it's the same as drinking koolaid for days on end...it just won't do anything! I know its no fun at all!
