Its really very simple provided we understand and improvise on our basics. Verbal communication forms a main part in our communication. Its all about how we express what we think. HOw we transform our thinking in to words. There are two types of thinking, through words and through images. Great scientists who has great visualisaiton powers sometimes could not explain what they think. There are peoples who talk before we visualise what they are saying; These peoples think in words. so its important to analyse ourselves to what kind of thinking style we follow. Its good to practice verbal thinking just while speaking. Many times we have seen people talking some words which is almost irrelevant to the situation. But, they have a meaning in thie own visualised thought.. So if we visualise less while speaking it would help a great deal in verbalise what we want to say.

Believe it or not- by LISTENING ! The MORE you listen, the more you realise how POORLY we communicate with one another- and what YOU can do to fix it in your OWN speech. One of my biggest complaints with people- is that they talk too much, "say" too little, and "do" next to nothing of what they promise. If we'd just listen more- what we do say- would matter more. -Because we'd have had the time to think about it- & MAYBE get it right...
