Drink more water, reduce your carbohydrates, increase your protein intake, and reduce your saturated fat intake. The calorie amount might be a tad low, I think 2000 calories is a little more realistic - depending on your body size and energy output. Consult a nutritionist. A lot of times you can talk with one for free at universities, and medical centers. Remember, it takes energy to make muscle - and muscle is more calorically expensive to maintain, but it will make the difference between being thin and being in shape!
I would gradually increase your continue to challenge yourself physically until you are jogging three miles a day, and mix it up with some mild weight lifting at least twice a week. Nothing boosts a metabolism like more muscles (no, that does not mean you are going to look like Arnold just because you pump a little iron - think positive, Jessica Alba uses strength gaining exercises).

average energy is the most to weightloss. you should soak up a lot less energy than you burn. even if, in case you do not keep a balanced food plan, you could damage your self. meals i have got here across that quite help stave off my urge for food without being too calorie dense are: - lean positive proteins like eggs, lean meats (ham), fish, and some bean dishes, yogurt, skim milk. - Weight Watchers pre-prepared frozen food - leafy eco-friendly salads, brocolli, cauliflower - vegetable soups and mild stews attempt to soak up a strong volume of fiber too. i do not understand who stated this, yet "Fiber is the exercising you eat". :) that's undigestible, so that's actually merely paintings on your gut -- plus, that's tremendous on your colon. One rule of thumb i change into taught change into that your plate should be a million/4 protein (a taking section in card deck length component), a million/4 lowfat carbs (baked potato, rice, intense fiber total wheat bread, etc) and a million/2 vegetables. And, you should continually get some servings of fat so you might take up fat soluable supplementations. Olive oil, butter, etc on some issues is powerful for this. Drink an excellent variety of water, too -- that'll fill you up and help you procedure the cells that are lost as you shed pounds. do not take off more beneficial than a pound to a pound and a 1/2 per week, or you would freak out your body and deliver it into starvation mode.

watch your fat intake but there are good fats and bad fats avacados have good fats while butter has bad fats.fat has 9 caloriies per 1 gram of fat while carbs have only 4 and as does protien.so cutting back on you fat in take is a better solution but make sure it is the bad fats you are cutting out and not good fats. you should be losing no more then 1-11/2 lbs a week.any more then that your losing water or muscle.

It sounds like you are on the right track except I would lower your calorie intake a bit--I would go between 1200-1700--Also be sure and drink plenty of water.

Limit calories and fat grams, both. And exercise by alternately walking a fast three miles on even-numbered calendar days and doing bodybuilding exercises on odd-numbered calendar days.
