Try talking and getting to know some of the things she likes to do. When she says "I like to [insert activity here]", you say,"me too!" and "wanna go [blank] together on friday?"

Find out what she is interested in, type's of movies, concerts. stuff like that. And find one that you think she would like and just come out and ask her if she would like to go. If it is easier for you do it when she is alone or not with to many people, or even over the phone. Good Luck. I am so glad I am married and don't have to go through dating again, I remember how hard and awkward it can be when you are a teen.

Straight up. No pick up lines except brutal honesty. All you say is, "Hey, my name's ______. I just wanted to tell you I had to get over my shyness to tell you that I think you're pretty. From here you can ask her straight up to go out for coffee or some place quiet to chat. If you choose to give your number instead. Give it to her and walk away. Tell her that you'd like to chat.
If she doesn't call, move on.
If she does call, ask her out on a date. Keep conversation on the phone short. You'll be talking to her on the date or at school...whatever. After the date, if there's any chemistry, ask her for a second date. If there's no chemistry, opt to be friends and add her to yoru crew of friends.
Good luck

Just ask her, make sure she's alone not with a bunch of friends. Just go up and ask her if she would like to go to a movie or something simple.
Good Luck!

You go up to her and ask.
If you need practice,
walk up to 20 random women and ask them if they'd go on a date with you.
Regardless of their responses, you'll get used to asking.
Law of Average In All things in life:
for every ten people...2-4 people will be interested(they'll listen) in what you have to offer.
of those 2-4 people...half will be taken (bf).
of the remaining 1-2...well...we'll go with 2 here...
one will say no.
the other will say yes.
Get used to the no's in this world.
4 Factors of Impulse (to impulse her):
Fear of Loss (you might date someone else)
Sense of Urgency (you need an answer asap)
Jones Effect: [becky] wanted to date me, so we went to [best diner, best movie] last friday.
Indifference: Regardless, it's up to you. If you don't want to go out with me, that's ok.(and WALK away. don't turn around.)
lol
or just be yourself.
regardless...with lots of practice with those Factors of Impulse in all areas of life, you'll be set with the world at your fingertips

try getting to know her a little. if she realizes that you have something in common, she might be willing to explore more about you. one tip: girls hate it when you're just checking them out. it shows that you think they have no depth, no feelings or emotions. so be respectful and considerate. ask her what she likes, what she likes to do, and blahblahblah and "what are you doing this weekend, want to hang out with me?" it'll be easier when you become friends and are comfortable with each other.
