I recently got my ex fiance's number from a friend, but he doesn't know that I have it, should I call him???? We were together about seven years ago, but we were way to young. But I am afraid that he may have a new girlfriend or a family, He is the only person that i have ever loved, is it worth it?

Yes, it certainly is. I have a long lost love out there that I haven't seen or talked to in almost 7 years. Definately call him, and if anything ask him whats up and how;s life. Those are magic questions that will tell you if he has a gf, wife, or family. Take a chance.

I don't see anything wrong with saying you got to thinking about old times and looked him up. He doesn't have to know where you got it from. Just try not to transfer all those old feelings to the present, because after all, it has been 7years and a lot has changed in that time. He might have a family now, and also might not feel as nostalgic about you as you do him. But, it never hurts to let someone know they are still special to you, as long as it's presented in a neutral way, and doesn't threat his new life.
Good luck!

if you are thinking about it, then you might as well do it. it could be a great way for you to get closure. if it doesn't work - you can just not speak again for another seven years...

don't talk about anything too deep. just have a chat and see how he is going. you might not feel the spark anymore even. maybe ask him if he wants to catch up over coffee or something. no expectations - no disappointments. but maybe a chance for closure.

Calling him is not at all a problem.. but expecting that he will not have any girl in his life during this loooooong time of 7 years is not reasonable...

You can however decide whether to call him twice after knowing his current status, his response etc etc

Don't call him with the idea that he is still your fiancee. Call him with the assumption that he is an old friend.

"Hey, I just moved back into town, would you be interested in grabbing coffee, catching up?"

Be prepared for him to be married with 11 kids, gay, a woman, a hermit, whatever. No expectations.

If you can't do that, leave him alone.

not a good idea, chances are he is a completely different person than you used to know and probably has a girlfriend or wife. Let the past be and live in the present.

dont call him maybe he is marry and you gonna became the third one so just leave him alone was not meant to be for you, when is not for you never will be otherwise you will continue with him you need to focus your life with another people make your life happy dont need to backward in your life go forward means forget the past and try to be busy i think that you dont have too much to do to think in somebody from 7 years ago, when you are busy you dont have time to think not even in yesterday, so get a life.

Do you really feel that you love him? Or are you simply curious?
In either case, it's worth the call. You have nothing to lose.
Do it, and resolve your curiosity. Who knows what may come of it. If you dont call, you'll always wonder.

Call him. You have nothing to lose. You don't. Besides, if you don't call him, you'll forever wonder what could have happened. Life's too short to not try and be happy. Go on, girl. Get your man!
