It is the Hebrew word "Debarim" which translates into English as "Words".

"Debar" is the Hebrew word that translates "Word".

For instance to say "Hebrew word" in Hebrew you would say:

"Debar Ivrit" = "Hebrew word"
"Debarim Ivrit" = "Hebrew words"
