i have more muscle than i have fat but im afraid to go on diets incase the muscle turns into fat!!?!

52kg according to what people of your age concider what your weight should be. But according to the same site, anywhere between 49 - 64kg is considered "medically acceptable".

If you do decide to loose weight make sure you follow a diet and exercise program from a qualified suorce. Remember, starving is not the same thing as dieting.

even as i replaced into 14, i replaced into round 4'11"-5'0" and that i replaced into ninety 5 kilos. For being 5'3" you need to be between one 0 5-one hundred fifteen kilos. i'm now 17 and that i'm 5'2" and ninety kilos. i'm 20 kilos underweight in spite of the reality that.

52 kg. Don't try to lose too fast and keep exercising and you won't lose muscle.

sweety im 5 feet 7 inches n weigh 56 my shuld b 55 so now u see...........
ur quite overweight n io guess it shuld b around 50 or less not more, so get down with loosing it.

if you're concerned about how you look, don't worry about how much you weigh, just that you look how you want to, some people can look skinnier than others and weigh more
