let her sleep on her left side if it is less hurtful. if she can no pain at all she can sleep at either sides. and incase shes still bleeding make sure she doesnt swallow it. ur welcome!

I just had 2 teeth pulled out on my left side. Whatever is comfortable to her. DO NOT drink out of a straw for at least 4 days. it causes "dry socket."

either wya she will probably wake up in a pile of her own mucus and blood...it doesn't matter. I have done that before, it really doesn't matter what side. if it hurts more on one side, rotate to the next

I would try a lazy boy if you have one cover the head rest with a towel

i would sleep with the back of my head on the pillow....raised on pillows incase she is still bleeding from it....not sure what you meant teeth pulled or knocked out

It depends on whether your sis toss around when she's sleeping. If you don't wanna hurt her, don't sleep with her then.
