It all depends. Have you lived a good long full life? Have you accomplished everything you intended? Will you be leaving behind people who need you? Are you over 100 and seriously ill? Are you secure in your beliefs concerning the afterlife or lack thereof? There may be circumstances in which it isn't necessary to fight to the last breath but most likely you're not in one of those situations, seeing that you're still typing.
