aug. 12th i was arrested for minor in possesion and transporting open container i'm 17 i was put on dusk til dawn aug. 12 and get off sep. 11th i still havn't got any court papers and i'm just woundering how long the court system has to send me a court date

Could be several months or more. Those aren't minor traffic violations but crimminal offenses. How long it will take to get your case on the docket will depend upon the court's backlog.

Have your parent or legal guardian contact the court clerk. They can check the decision made by the court and confirm your court date.

If you were my 17 year old kid you wouldn't be worrying about a court date. You would be worrying about what I'm going to do to your stupid ***. I can promise you jail would be a blessing for you.

don't know where you live but the usual statute of limitation is 2 years,,,sorry dude but you have a way to go yet.
