Yes, but not often. When people really suffer from it, that's what they originally used botox for.

I get occasional eye twitches when I'm extremely fatigued or stressed, and I've heard they're pretty common in high stress professions where people work long hours (like among surgical residents). Try taking a nap or a hot bath to relax. Make sure you are getting enough sleep.
I did a web search, and other causes include squinting a lot or staring too much at a computer screen (none of us on Yahoo! Answers do that, though). ;)
It doesn't sound like it, but if this is something that is happening constantly, you should probably see your doctor.

I actully had it really bad for about 3 hours a few weeks ago! My coworkers said it was caused from stress and fatigue. I really have no idea what caused it but it did finally go away. That is the longest I have ever had it.

It's pretty common and is most often attributed to stress or fatigue. Sleep, excercise, and other stress reducing measures may help. It can be a little embarassing if it happens while around other people - I haven't found a cure for that!

I was once told it was cause by a potassium defiency and whenever i drink orange juice or eat a bannana it does stop, but then again could be a placebo effect or it could just have stopped on its own.

Yes, it is because you are tired, have been reading too much or playing on your computer too much ^ take a break for a few days and it will go away
