It maybe... because you are in a lot of stress. If you are in alot of activities you may need a break... relax.... If it was a heart attack you would have one of your arms be numb... i think your left ...i am not sure what hand... but...

Get some rest this weekend... and
have a great day :)

Check out Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW syndrome)-symptoms include periods of rapid heartbeat (due to a conduction defect in the heart) with associated symptoms of chest pain, papitations/fluttering, light headedness, fatigue and anxiety. The only way to be diagnosed with WPW is to catch it on EKG and it is easily treated once diagnosed with medications and a heart procedure. So see your doctor ASAP.

Anxiety is most likely. Could be low blood sugar to start with, followed by a panic attack. Pay attention each time it happens so you can learn to identify it yourself and not feed it with more anxiety. If you were seen by a doctor lately, it isn't likely to be your heart at your age. And EKG would have picked that up. Have you read up on anxiety and panic disorders? They are very common. Sometimes drugs help. Counseling helps a lot, especially CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Very common signs of Anxiety, but heart trouble needs to be ruled out by a physician. I would not gamble with your life and see an emergency room to find out for sure. Anxiety or heart problems are both treatable and common either way you are not alone.

Time to see a physician. It sounds as if it is anginal pain and left untreated may lead to more serious events. It's your life but if I were you, I think I would have a complete physical examination.

For a few hours? Um- Methinks you need to get a check-up, quickly. None of that sounds good.
