Thank you for bringing this information to light for us at YA . I'm amazed sometimes at how poorly informed we are to the atrocities jihadists around the world are perpetuating against Christians , Hindus and Jews . Can you please post a link to the info you have provided. A few months before the Tsunami struck Western Indonesia, there were gangs of Muslim Militia roaming around that part of the country executing Christians on the spot. Indonesians may tolerate Christians but they definitely come second as far as jobs and potential in the community. It still didn't stop Christain relief agencies being first in to help people after the earthquake in Yogyakarta

Stamp out all traces of Christianity in the country? in Indonesia? What I agree with you is that some Islamic fundamentalist movements tend to be more radical than they should be in interpreting the Qur'an. But stamping out Christianity out of Indonesia I believe not. the majority Muslims in Indonesia are very tolerant with their Christian neighbors.
