how can my 2,5 y.o. not wake up every now and then?

Meaning bed time, make sure they have a healthy but filling snack or a little warm milk. Or just let him/her cry themselves back to sleep, keep a cup of water so when he/she wakes up they have something to drink. Play soft music.

I dont quite understand what you are asking. are you asking how you can keep him or her sleeping though the night?
