When i smile my acne pops pus on people, what do I do?

I tried to stop smiling but I cannot. I just love to smile. People talk several steps away from me when I speak. I tried wearing a Halloween mask to protect against accidents but it gets hot and makes my acne more rip with white heads. I also tried popping my pimples but It makes me bleed all over. Talk about pizza on my face. My acne is worse when I say, "Cheese" for pictures. I tried to make the best of it and pretend it was spit when I speak.

It sounds like an infection of some kind. An antibiotic might help. See your doctor.
