does anyone know of a book or website that will give example of journal entries, blogs, poems or writings written by people with schizophrenia or bi-polar?

A good book of resources on Mental illness is one by the name of the ABC's of mental illness. Many clients of mine have found this too be helpful

just read my blog...lol. no seriously: i have severe depression/anxiety(have had it for 7 years) and i tend to write my worries away into my entries.
i'm at livejournal with username army_wife51b--my journal is friends only though, because of the sensitive subject matter.

Read all my questions and answers, I'm a suicidal maniac. I even have a certificate stating such from several head docs! Oh and I'm not allowed to own a gun in the USA.

It has all different forums you can sign into and talk to different people about and it doesn't have some of the jerks you get answering your questions in here. Try it out....I know it has helped me.
