The USA is included in the worldwide Judgments: Revelation 6:1-17; Revelation 8:1-13; Revelation 16:18-19; The earth is burned up leaving few survivors. This includes the USA see also Isaiah 24

Yes, Revelation 13 says all the nations will worship the Antichrist of which the U.S. is one. We are the number one supporter of Israel but in that day they will be on their own. Jesus will remain faithful to them though. He is coming back for them. Zechariah 12-14.
