A combination of cardio, weight training, and a healthy diet is the best way to lower your body fat and keep it down.
Cardio (jogging, elliptical, walking) will improve the health of your heart and burn calories. Weight training will build muscle mass, which increases your metabolism. A healthy diet will fuel your workouts and help you lose those excess pounds!

You can loose body fat by exercising at least twice daily. You can walk or jog. Sit ups also help loose fat specifically located near the stomach (known as belly fat). Try working around the house. and don't forget that a diet along with good exercise will always work and help u loose fat!

Cardio. Lots of cardio, at least an hour in your case. Cardio could be running, stairclimbing, jumping rope, bike riding, etc.... And on alternating days, you will have to do strength training exercises. I suggest you go to any bookstore and purchase "Strength Training Anatomy for Men" by Frederic Delavier. It has great workout plans and strength training exercises in it. Also, look at your diet and clean it up. Cut down on sugar, carbs, sodas, eat lean cuts of meat (boneless skinless chicken breast, lots of fish), raw or steamed veggies. Diet plays a huge part in cutting down body fat as well. Good luck! Also, keep a journal of what you ate everyday, even down to the chewing gum. You would be surprised how much you eat in a day. By keeping a journal, you can determine what time of day you eat the most. Perhaps you are a night eater, or a midday crash and burn eater? Also, keep a log of your exercises and how many reps you are doing, etc.... That way you can assess your progress. :)

AEROBIC exercise that means it uses oxygen so it can burn fat. If you begin huffing and puffing slow down. Walking makes me loose weight fast and swimming need to get back there ASAP
Best and most pleasurable are different things. I use to love to run but it is not the best thing for loosing weight -
It is same for any other exercise if you begin breathing harder and faster slow down.
You must use oxygen to burn fat. If you run you go into the anaerobic cycle of exercise where you burn other things not fat which requires Oxygen.
Did you buy that hat I wanted to buy for a friend here in the US for her wall. I was wondering who bought it. Good deal oh well when I go back to Texas I will buy a blue one.

Swimming is a good choice for reducing body fat since you are working all your core muscles and giving your heart a cardio work-out at the same time. Also, it strengthens all your muscles while you exercise so you not only reduce in size, but you also tone and shape your body as well.

Assuming you already eat healthy and take your multivitamins, any type of cardio exercise will shed body fat. The most effective, atleast in my experience, are elliptical machines, stair climbers, rowing machines, stationary bikes and of course treadmills/jogging. That on top of resistance machines will really give you an all around nice physique.

I've had weight loss success while following these rules: -Don't drink ANY soda. Not even a sip, because then you'll just want more. The cravings will go away, trust me. -Do not eat any junk food. No chips, cookies, sugary cereal, etc. -Get exercise every day. Alteast thirty minutes of it. It doesn't always have to be intense, walking will do just fine on some days. I usually do one of the following: jogging, walking, bike riding, elliptical, jumping on the trampoline, wii fit, DDR. -No white bread or white rice. -Whole grains only. -I became a vegetarian. If you don't want to become a vegetarian, then atleast just stick to lean meats such as chicken and fish. -Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner. -I eat around 1,300 calories daily. -I only drink water, with the exception of a glass of soymilk with my breakfast. -I cut out most cheese from my diet. It can be really fattening. The only kind of cheese I consume is cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. I've heard that swiss cheese is a good alternative too. -NO fried foods. They're full of fat. -Stay away from mayonnaise. Foods I eat: oatmeal (not instant) whole wheat pita bread hummus carrots romaine lettuce tomato cottage cheese banana apple grapes oranges cucumber beans-such as black beans, lentils, etc. whole grain pasta (only about once a week though) Parmesan cheese-to go on my romaine lettuce Kashi golean cereal- not the crunch kind. original cheerios soymilk eggs Kashi trail mix granola bars frozen mixed veggies Morningstar garden veggie patties- you can find them in the frozen food isle. morningtar southwest style veggie cakes-also find in frozen food isle.

Join a gym. Go in off peak hours so that you can stay on the treadmill longer
and just walk
mile after mile as fast as you can or it wont do you any good
then when you can start walking uop an incline. hour after hour
15 mins will not do you any good you need hoursand hours every week
if you do not get hot and sweaty you are not working hard enough
Then just keep going. Common sense will tell you when it is working. Remember that you have to really walk-- not amble
swing your arms and go go go You see so many people just trudging along . they are going to do no good at all!!!!!!! Remember start easy but really go at it
then you will lose weight
and not injure yourself

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
