ethanol is a mild poison, if you get too much, your body tries to get it out of your body

like food poisoning

It's not so much the alcohol as it is the worms at the bottoms of all the bottles. Mostly companies use water colored worms so the are not so noticeable.

The smell of alcohol can make a person vomit, also trying to drink more than what you would normally will make you ill especially if you're drinking on an empty stomach. I know from experience.
