Credit cards are wild. They have "penalty pricing" that will raise your rate to close to 30% if you pay even a day late or are over limit by $1 twice in one year. You have to pay on time and underlimit for 6 months consecutively to remove it. The only fees that are assessed are because the card holder violated the agreement somehow. Call your credit card agency and ask for a new terms of contract and read all the print. Its all laid out there for you. If you don't get a statement, and this isn't a common occurence, call your credit card company, they do have the power to drop some fees, especially if the address on file is wrong. Since every step and fee is laid out in that little credit card agreement, its all legal. Sorry.

I actual have an identical difficulty i had a $600 weekly pay examine and no credit right here is what i did a million. be conscious for a small (co signed) loan $500-$one thousand ish climate you like it or no longer, ideally a quick term loan 2.pay it off while the bill arrives do no longer make double money or pay forward. (the rationalization is that the longer the time of pay return the extra appropriate your credit is) 3. wait some weeks after it rather is paid off and attempt to get a $500 credit line mastercard if achieveable from the financial employer of which the loan replaced into taken (credit unions are much less complicated to get those from) 4.if nevertheless denied use a pre paid mastercard for some months then repeat step 3 it ought to take a at an identical time as yet once you like credit you should commence someplace

Walk up to any mirror....that's the guy responsible!
You are letting them get away with it.
When enough people realize this, and begin canceling their cards and going to a fair company, then things will change. But as long as they customers stupid enough to let them get away with it, they will continue to do so.
Call your CC company and tell them to wave that late fee or lose ;your business.

You have complete control over whether or not they get away with it. If you breach the contract just once then they have the legal go ahead go screw away. Make sure you know how to check and pay your balances on-line and then check it every single day. I use quicken to download and analyze my activity. Nothing gets past it.
Pay pay pay and they can't get you.

pay your bill on time. If the bill doesn't show up, you need to know that and fix it before the due date. The applies to any regular debt (like a utility bill).
The terms are spelled out in the contract - you agreed to it!
(It sucks, I know, but that's the way it is.)

when you have money... you can get away with anything...
ex: OJ simpson, Michael Jackson, all the rich white men that derouted money into their own accounts... sure they got busted... but didn't even have to do prison! Maybe they lost half of their fortune... darn... only 10 billion dollars left. What will they do??? And who suffer... the suckers that got robbed and lost their pensions!

I just can't make my bank STOP sending me statements.
I Write, they stop for a while and then they start again.
I do all my banking online and I don't have a paper shredder... it seems a waste of paper.
