Around a year ago I almost weighed two-hundred lbs. Yea I was over weight... and an XL used to fit me pretty tightly. Well, I decided to start eating well, but that pretty much didn't happen. I am always hungry and I CAN NOT STOP myself from eating. I always go to bed hungry. Anyway, a year later, same eating habits (all I eat all day is cookies) I am now an XS and my mother thinks that I am bulimic.. I am NOT! Why am I so hungry all the time? This is what I ate today:
Lunch: Huge salad, apple, cookie, yogurt
Mid Day?: Two grilled cheese sandwiches (I thought that I was going to pass out from hunger!)
Dinner: Three bowls of pasta
Snakes: A couple of cookies

I CAN'T stop. I always go to bed hungry and I am loosing a lot of weigh. My waist is like 24 inches and even smalls are beginning to feel pretty loose on me.

To the people talking about weightloss, I am NOT trying to loose weight. Did you read it when I said that I was an XS? I do not want to be an size 0.

I should also mention that I am always thirsty.

Why don't you drink a lot of water? That might help in making your stomach feel full.

You are eating way too many carbohydrates which fill you up and give you energy only for a short time. You are burning up all your calories. You need to eat more protein to keep muscle mass. Fish, Poultry, Eggs, even occasional red meat.

I looks like the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute offers a way to track your eating throughout the day, link below.

Have you called Jenny yet? (800)597-Jenny. I trhink you should try those meals that Jenny Craig that seperates good carbs from abd carbs. "Good" carbs are not processed and contain a fair amount fiber (i.e. whole grain bread, oatmeal and whole-grain cereals, legumes, veggies, fruits, etc.) "Bad" carbs are refined or processed (i.e. white bread, white pasta, soda, sugary foods, including ice cream). It is recommended that you select whole-grain carbs over sugary or processed carbs. However, you can incorporate small portions of refined carbs into your diet on occasion and still lose weight. The key will be small portions. Remember, all calories count when you are trying to lose weight -- whether you are on a low-carb diet or low -fat diet. The more you know about what your eating it'll be easier for you to lose weight. BEcause when yoru at the store you'll buy food that contain good carbs, along with daily 45 minutes-1 hour of exercise will give you results!

At the falloqing link you can plan a weightlose management, get etools for dieting, reciepes, successful stories, etc!

Call your doctor first thing in the morning. If you are eating constantly and still losing weight, that could definitely be a sign of a medical problem that needs to be taken care of immediately.

have someone lock the refrigerator...let me let you in on a secret...you can eat anything you want BUT in small portion....go ahead have 3 or 4 meals BUT small portions ...DO NOT stuff your tummy or fill your plate or bowl...serve your self just enough to have a lil something in you tummy not to fill you up..also take a diet pill that stops cravings..and keep in mind that YOU DO NOT WANT TO WEIGH 200 LBS AGAIN OR MORE!! REMIND YOURSELF HOW YOU LOOKED AND CARRY AND HANG PICTURES AROUND (WHEN YOU WERE REALLY HEAVY) TO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU DONT EVER WANNA LOOK LIKE THAT AGAIN
