In any work, there should be short tea breaks, usually 15mins,
one in the morning and afternoon. In a tea factory, it should
not be the exception. This is a general rule for workers
performing their jobs.

Most tea factories are in the Orient. India, Japan, and Ceylon have a lot of attention to worker rights; I would imagine these would include work breaks. China in general has fewer worker rights.
