I do alot of cardio and weight lifting , I need to do some exercises that make my body get back to the femine body type that it was, especially my arms and legs. i do alot of running too.

It is really difficult for women to become too bulky. Try doing more reps with slightly lighter weights. Also, yoga and pilates and great for lengthening and stretching muscles! Pilates was designed for dancers originally, and can really help get that long, lean body shape back.

Women can't bulk up without steroids. Don't worry about it.

stop exercising for a while. do mild stretches, walk a few miles a day and maybe crutches ,but that's it.

lower your fat intake & raise your protien intake,walk up & down stairs,push ups,pull ups,dips,squats,all of these things will get you toned without weights or supplements.

keep it toned. balance urself. being bulky isnt pretty. in fact its body suicide...
