Get some waxed paper and cut it to fit the pans. Put the cake mix in the waxed paper and bake as normal. When the cakes cool a bit it is easy to remove them from the pans and just peel of the waxed paper. Been doing this for over 40 years and works everytime. No mess no fuss.

when you bake a cake your actually only supposed to grease the bottom of the cake pan. Use some butter or Pam cooking spray or even put some vegetable oil on a paper towel and rub the bottom. Good luck

Sprinkle sugar over it instead of flour. It'll make for a tastier outside in addition to helping in keeping the cake from sticking to the pan. :)

What flavor is the cake. If it is chocolate I never use flour only like nestleis chocolate powder. I suppose you already made the cake or I would say use some of the unmixed cake mix. maybe powderd sugar if you have any. corn starch powder or even baking powder or soda if you have any. other than that i have no idea

My mother use to butter the pan and sprinkle sugar "like it was flour", for light cakes. For chocolate cake she butter the pan then would use cocoa powder. It works for me still. I hoped that it helps.

If it's chocolate cake, use some coco powder or open a packet of instant hot chocolate, you could also turn a cereal like rice crispies into a powder in the food processor
