That is way smaller than average. They say its not the size its what you do with it. It is possible to enjoy sex if he knows what hes doing

4 inches is kinda small. Ask him how thick it is.
I've been with a guy before that had a penis like 4-5 inches but it was as thin as a pencil. He couldn't even get it in!! HAHA
